All orders placed online through our website are for deliveries in Australia only.
All order have a $12 based packing and shipping charge.
In addition to the base packing and shipping charge there may be an additional $3 cost per item to cover the cost of shipping.
The minimum packing and shipping fee for goods delivered within Australia is $15.00, which is made up of the $12 base packing and shipping charge, plus $3 for the first item ordered.
Most addtional items ordered will attract an additional $3 shipping fee.
We use external courier contractors for shipping of our products and require a signature on delivery. Please provide a street address whenever possible. If delivery has been attempted and unsuccessful, the courier may leave a calling card in which you may have to organise collection via courier company depot.
When ordering chocolate goods, please note that Quinzi’s Confectionery do not send goods refrigerated and therefore reserve the right not to send goods if temperature is not ideal.
Please note that our shopping cart is not setup to receive orders from outside of Australia and you will need to use our Contact Us page to request a quote for products to be delivered overseas.
