Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognised system for managing the risks associated with food and beverage safety. Designed to provide increased control during critical stages during food preparation, HACCP is a systematic method using the “Seven Principal System” for analysing and controlling food processes.

In addition to our already high compliance with food safety and standards, we have adopted additional processes to align with the Government’s health guidelines.As you would know, our HACCP certification, ensures our Quinzi team members already comply with strict rules regarding handwashing, personal hygiene, glove use, hairnets, and wearing uniforms.

We are also supporting staff members to maintain a safe social distance, including working from home where practical, and have also increased the safety within our retail location.
